Villa René is a private villa with sea view for sale on Cavallo Island. The villa is positioned on an elevated ground above the bay of Palma. From its porticos you can enjoy a wonderful sea view of north-east Sardinia, as well as Razzoli Island or Lavezzi Island. René is euipped with a large private pool.
Villa René is composed by two independent units, connected by a wooden covered passage. The first and largest unit is a c-shaped structure which contains a cloister in its internal part. In this unit there are four bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, the main living room with TV and fireplace, and dining area equipped with a large crude granite-stone table for 12 guests. The kitchen is also in this area, which is well functioning. Attached to the kitchen there is a laundry area and a mezzanine which works as a bedroom for the staff.
The second unit is comprised of two bedrooms each with bathroom, and a kitchen. Outside of this unit there is a covered patio with furniture and the large pool. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. There is no wifi at the moment. There is a golf car parking area in the villa’s plot, and the villa comes with one proprietary golf cart.
