Many of the properties were designed by French and visionary architect Savin Couelle, built on the north coast of the island facing Corsica where the most expensive houses are concentrated.

Bergeries at Cavallo Island are the first properties made on the Island before the 80s typical Corsican constructions.
They are made exclusively from stone with pink granite, obtained directly from the island’s quarry. Bergeries were made to remain hidden in the maquis. They normally do not have sea view, but always come with private gardens and definitely the highest level of privacy.

Apartments at Cavallo Island were built during the 90s, and are all concentrated in the southern bay. This area is the least exposed to the wind, it is near the port and closer to the only hotel on the Island and the Small Square.
Le Village de Pecheurs is made of a few Abatments, buildings of maximum 2 floors and with independent entrance. Each apartment for sale at Cavallo Island has its own sea view, with a terrace overlooking the sea or a small private garden a few steps from the most beautiful beaches.

In fact, Cavallo Island has a zero-cars policy to protect the environment from noise and pollution. This also makes it very pleasant to get around the Island, which can be done exclusively with electric golf carts… or simply on foot.
